Joey’s promptness and quick response was the main reason we went with Alpha Mortgage. We applied and contacted a total of four lenders. Two who were consistently slow to respond, and one from a large bank who passed us off to several loan processors. Joey answered all questions. He did what ever it took to find me the best deal. I had a foreclosure due to the market dropping back in 2009. I was not able to sell my house. Being a military member, the house could not be foreclosed on till the time I retired from the military. I thought a VA loan would be impossible due to my situation.
